Epicor describes itself as an industry-specific ERP vendor serving the make, move and sell industries for more than 50 years1. Kinetic is its ERP for manufacturers, and the host for its Prism AI agents.
Best for: Larger mid-sized manufacturers that want an industry ERP with embedded AI agents now generally available in several regions.
Not the right fit for: Buyers who want prices and detailed module information they can check before a sales process.
Epicor Prism
Epicor calls Prism "a portfolio of vertical AI agents designed specifically for the supply chain industries"1. It is embedded in Kinetic, gives users conversational access to live ERP data and related documents, and includes more than 18 pre-built agents. It became generally available in the UK and markets including Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden and Poland in June 202612, and Futurum reported its launch in Australia and New Zealand in August 2026, embedded in Kinetic and Prophet 213.
What we could not verify
Epicor's product pages were not accessible to us on the access date, so this profile does not describe Kinetic's production, shop-floor or costing modules, its deployment options or its prices. Buyers should obtain those in writing, and we will add them when we can verify them from Epicor's own pages.
