Accuracy first

Every factual claim about a system links to a source we opened, with the access date. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out, say it is not published or mark it as not verified.

Vendor claims and testimonials

Customer quotes on vendor pages are testimonials, and figures in them are customer- or vendor-reported. We label them as such and never present them as measured results.

Announced is not available

ERP vendors announce AI features well ahead of release. We describe a feature as available only when the vendor states general availability, and we give the region.

Fair to every system

Each system is described in plain, neutral language, with its strengths, its limits and the plants it suits best. Every profile says when another system is the better choice.

No paid placement

Inclusion, rank and description cannot be bought, and no link on the site earns a commission.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. Before publication, each factual claim is checked by an editor against the source it cites.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong or out of date, tell us. We correct verified errors quickly, update the page's date and record the change in its change log.
